Bryan

Bryan Brewing Co. (BP) 1994-1995

Reader Trey Winton reports that Bryan Brewing Co, was a brewpub located it Bryan’s historic downtown district. Along with about four varieties of beer, they served an eclectic menu of pub-grub and Vietnamese food. BBC was a partnership started by a local club owner and a grad student at Texas A&M. The club owner was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and the grad student handled all of the brewing. The partnership collapsed and the brew pub closed in 1995.

Trey added, "I wish I had a better recollection of their beer. I do recall it being good and plentiful. An interesting menu note was they served a cheesecake that they made with their beer. Sounds a little crazy but it was really good."

Brazos Brewing Company c1995

Trey alse mentioned that Brazos Brewing Company was open when Bryan Brewing Co. closed, but had never visited.
